Testimonials
“My son is a second-year Biology student at Bath University. Andrea’s input has been invaluable in helping him secure a third-year internship with a blue chip pharmaceutical company. With a wealth of hands-on experience in recruitment, she is expert in knowing how the application process works and what employers are looking for. She is therefore brilliant in preparing youngsters for every aspect of the process from preparation of CVs to how to stand out in on-line interviews and at assessment centres. I cannot recommend her highly enough.” – Amanda, Marlow
“Andrea helped to navigate me through the entire process of applying for graduate jobs. Being in the fourth year of university and at the same time applying for graduate jobs can be stressful and daunting. Andrea’s expertise and unbelievable drive however, created a whole different experience for me. She helped me from the start until the very end of the complex process and explained what potential employers are looking for. She was also happy to do mock interviews with me to ensure that I felt comfortable in both face-to-face interviews and at assessment centres in general. Andrea is extremely approachable, and she provides a very personalised service. For example, in my experience she was free to speak to me in the evening when I was in a hotel the night before an assessment centre. Andrea also amazed me with her commitment and motivation to help me through the entire process. It was a great pleasure working with Andrea and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support with applying for graduate jobs. “ – Yana, London
“It is a daunting task to find a graduate job in your final year of university on top of all the work you need to do to get a good degree. It was invaluable for my son and his girlfriend to have the help and advice of Andrea at every stage - compiling their CVs, working out which jobs to apply for, writing job applications, preparing for online, telephone and final interviews. Andrea offers a very personalised service and is brilliant at working out what is best for each individual. Both of them have recently started in graduate roles in London with great companies. Andrea’s help made a real difference.” – Julia, Maidenhead
Andrea helped me to reorganize and restructure my CV, ready to apply for internships at the end of my second year at university. Her eye for detail was brilliant, and she ensured I was showcasing my best attributes in the best way – even down to the smallest subtleties of layout. She showed me how to prove I have the skills I claim to on my CV, and how to do so in a succinct, professional and effective way. I went on to get the internship I’d wanted at Ernst & Young for that summer – so I can highly recommend Andrea” – Anna, Bristol University
Andrea was instrumental in helping me pick up three job offers for my third year industrial placement. My assessment for the placement which I eventually accepted was especially rigorous and demanded written evaluations, a video interview and an extensive face-to-face interview. Andrea was able to prepare me for the types of questions I would be asked at each stage, particularly with competency based questions. This certainly helped with my confidence during the interview process” – Chris, Manchester University
I have known Andrea since I joined the Goldman Sachs graduate programme nearly 15 years ago. What really stands out about Andrea is just how much she has always cared for the graduates she recruits or helps and how invested she is in their success. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a great listener – I still use her as a sounding board for careers advice. – Craig, MD, Nomura.
You're a legend. Thank you! – Ife, received after he was offered a graduate role in IBD at an investment bank
Andrea was very helpful in helping me secure my training contract. In our very first meeting she quickly identified my areas of weakness in the application process (which I myself had struggled to pinpoint) and gave constructive advice and ongoing support to address these. In a very competitive graduate recruitment market, Andrea’s insight into what skills and competencies recruiters are specifically looking for has been invaluable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling to navigate increasingly complex recruitment processes. – Student successful in obtaining a law contract
I reached out for help because I was feeling a bit lost as to what to do and wanted a focus. I also wanted to make the most of the lack of structure and academic work at university, by getting myself ready for the future. Figuring out as well what that may look like. As well as getting help with setting up decent CV. I hoped to find a meaningful way to spend my time that would "futureproof" myself and benefit the future me no matter what direction I go. I hoped to get a simple plan as to what I needed to get done over the course of the year/ rest of university. From there I could then see where it all takes me, and even if the plan changes over the years I would be several steps ahead of where I would otherwise have been. I would almost go as far as to say it was the most useful, productive and applicable thing I have done ALL YEAR. I have got a focus and an added reason to work hard. Plus, if I follow the set-out plan, and the CV advice, I will be in a much better position than my peers at University when competing for competitive jobs (or even smaller internships). – William, first year student
